    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Venus and Vulcan is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

    At Venus and Vulcan we only use high quality stainless steel and sterling silver, which means our pieces can be worn in water! That being said, try to avoid excessive use of lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing and fading.

  • Resizing & Gold Dip

    We can resize or gold dip any product on our site through our goldsmith for an extra fee. Let's make your jewelry perfect for you.

  • Lifetime Guarantee

    Here at Venus and Vulcan, we believe your jewelry should last forever. If for any reason your jewelry should break or tarnish during normal wear, let us know and we will make it right.

    In order for jewelry to last, it requires some upkeep. We recommend regular care and include a tarnish cloth with every order to keep your pieces looking shiny and new.
