At Venus and Vulcan, we want you to love your jewelry. Due to the handmade nature and limited availability of our pieces, all sales are final. However, we will always make things right if there is a defect or issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@venusandvulcan.com. We’ll assess the situation and either offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the circumstance.
