Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Rates:

• USPS Ground Advantage or First Class: 5-8 business days ($4.90)
  
• USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days ($6.90)
  
• Expedited shipping is available upon request.
  
  
• Resizing & Gold Dipping: Please allow for an additional 4-5 business days for jewelry customizations. Items will be sent out as soon as possible.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Venus and Vulcan is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations: Once an order is shipped it cannot be edited or cancelled.
• Live Show Orders: Orders from our live shows are processed in batches. Please allow additional processing time as inventory is manually reconciled after each event.
