If for any reason your jewelry should break or tarnish during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, let us know and we will make it right. Please email us at help@vanusandvulcan.com

Damaged pieces can be sent back for repairs, or replaced with another of the same item. If that particular item is sold out, we can give you store credit in the amount of your original purchase.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects: If your jewelry has an issue due to craftsmanship or materials, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
Stone security: We guarantee the setting of your gemstones and diamonds under normal wear.
Metal durability: Our metals are made to last and will not fail under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnish, plating wear, etc.)
Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged jewelry
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

How to Claim

  2. Send in your piece for inspection.
  3. We’ll repair or replace your jewelry in line with our guarantee.

    Unfortunately gold plating does not always last forever. If you are having issues with the plating on your jewelry, please let us know. Send your item back and we can have it re-plated and sent back to you.
