While all plated jewelry will naturally show signs of wear over time, our Lifetime Guarantee ensures you’ll always be able to keep your piece looking its best.

What’s Covered

Discounted re-plating whenever your piece begins to fade or lose luster.

Stone security and craftsmanship — if your jewelry has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s Not Covered

Normal scratches, dents, or tarnish that occur with everyday wear (though we’ll happily re-plate and restore).

Lost or stolen jewelry.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

How To Claim

  1. Contact us at help@venusandvulcan with your order details.
  2. Send in your piece for inspection and re-plating.
  3. We’ll restore its shine and return it to you, good as new.
