At Venus and Vulcan, we want you to love and enjoy your jewelry for years to come. Adjustable rings are a beautiful and versatile option, but they do require extra care due to their design and the natural softness of sterling silver.

Fragility Notice

Adjustable rings are more delicate than standard fixed-size rings.

Because the band is designed to bend, repeated adjustments or forceful bending can weaken the silver and lead to structural damage.

Stones may loosen or fall out over time if the ring is bent too often or too aggressively.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

Initial gold plating or setting issues discovered within the first wear or upon receipt.

What's Not Covered

Damage from aggressive wear, including snapping or breaking the ring band.

Stones falling out due to repeated bending of the adjustable shank.

Issues caused by stretching, resizing beyond its intended range, or reshaping the ring.

Care Recommendations

Adjust your ring to your desired size only once or minimally. Avoid bending it back and forth repeatedly.

Handle with care and avoid applying unnecessary pressure.

Store separately to prevent snagging or scratching.

We are happy to repair or replace pieces that meet the criteria under our guarantee. However, please understand that adjustable rings are inherently fragile, and damage caused by bending, snapping, or aggressive wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
